Journey Athletics provides website, e-commerce, and fulfillment infrastructure for schools, clubs, and athletic organizations (“Team Sites”).
By accessing or using any Journey Athletics website—including affiliated sites (such as southoldathletics.com)—you agree to this combined Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
These terms apply to Team Site Owners, administrators, and end customers (parents, athletes, fans, and donors).
Use of our sites constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
Journey Athletics operates the platform that powers independently managed team websites.
Each Team Site is responsible for its own content, team management, and community engagement.
Journey Athletics provides the technology, hosting, and secure transaction framework but does not control daily operations or team decisions.
Journey Athletics enables the sale of custom-printed apparel, uniforms, and team merchandise, as well as registrations, donations, and fundraising campaigns.
Product images are for reference only. Actual color, scale, or layout may vary slightly due to production and display differences.
Journey Athletics may modify, replace, or discontinue products or services without notice.
All payments are processed securely through verified payment gateways.
You authorize Journey Athletics and its partners to charge your chosen payment method for the total purchase amount, including applicable taxes, shipping, and fees.
Once an order is placed, production typically begins immediately and cannot be changed or canceled.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, Journey Athletics may issue a full refund or offer a comparable replacement.
Production times average 3–7 business days. Delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days within the continental United States.
Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control.
Once an order is shipped and marked as delivered, Journey Athletics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Certain goods are exempt from return, including perishable, personalized, or custom-printed items.
